If Premium access is not what you expected, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date (initial purchase or subscription renewal). Please contact us via the Contact page or request a refund through your Paddle customer portal; Paddle, as our reseller, processes eligible refunds. After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable unless an exception applies (see below). Repeated or abusive refund requests may be declined.
Subscription Management
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Paddle customer portal. Access to Premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
In the event of a major technical issue preventing use of the service, our technical support will evaluate support requests on a case-by-case basis. For any refund or support request, please contact us via the Contact page.
