Digital Products

Due to the digital and instant nature of "Premium" access, all sales are final. No refund will be granted once the content has been unlocked or the subscription has been activated.

Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Paddle customer portal. Access to Premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

In the event of a major technical issue preventing use of the service, our technical support will evaluate support requests on a case-by-case basis. For any refund or support request, please contact us via the Contact page.
