Is Intimate Challenge private and secure?
Yes. We are privacy-first by design. Payment information is handled by Paddle, and your account data is treated with strict care.
Do both partners need an account?
Not always. You can start playing quickly, and account-based features are available when you want to save progress, creations, or couple-related settings.
What is included in Premium?
Premium unlocks additional content, higher intensities, the full Creator Suite, and access to incoming updates, including new dares, games, characters, and features as they are released.
Section 1: Safety and Consent
Is the game mandatory?
Absolutely not. Consent and comfort for each partner are our priority. Any challenge can be skipped without justification. The goal is to enjoy the experience, never to feel pressured.
What is the required age to play?
You must be 18+ (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access Intimate Challenge.
Section 2: Payment and Billing
What will appear on my bank statement?
For discretion, the transaction may appear as Solution Axiome Studio or IC. All payment processing is handled securely by Paddle.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If the game does not meet your expectations, contact us at support@intimatechallenge.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Is payment secure?
Yes. We use Paddle as a secure payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Section 3: Technical and Usage
Is this an app to download?
No. It is a web app. You can access it directly in your browser on mobile, tablet, or desktop with no installation required.
Can I play on multiple devices?
Yes. Once access is purchased, you can sign in to your account on any device.
Section 4: Privacy
What personal information do you collect?
We only keep what we need to run your account: your email address and username. We do not store other personal information about you, and we will never ask for things like government ID, phone number, or home address.
How is my data protected?
