Transactions
All payment data is processed by Paddle, which acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record. We never have access to your card numbers.

Data Retention
We keep account information (email, username, and essential profile settings) while your account is active. Gameplay data is kept while your account is active so your progress and created content remain available. Contact and feedback messages are retained for up to 24 months for support, quality, and security follow-up, then deleted or minimized when no longer required.
Deletion Requests and Verification
You can request deletion by email or through the Contact page. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership (for example by confirming from the account email address or by validating account-specific details). We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate security/legal obligations.
